What we thought “MIGHT” WORK, REALLY DID, IT WAS SO IMPACTFUL on individual levels that WE WANTED to share it OUT FURTHER instead of collecting dust in an online vault.

WRITE TO RISE Mini Workshop
Our stories are important and they need to be in our hands and stories of surviving and thriving are so important for others to witness.
Participants are inspired to:
claim their creative voice and pen
interrogate the systems that devalue our storytelling
learn about Irish Culture or other land based cultures for how poetry, song and storytelling were passed on
do some writing exercises that examine the narratives of what holds us back
learn tips and tricks to lean more into our creative flow

PEOPLE LIKE ME AND YOU Mini Workshop
How to incorporate archetypes into writing and healing by using examples of Áine's single Artwork creation and tapping into ancient Irish Mythology of Warriors, Goddess, and Pirate Queens.
Participants are inspired to:
to tap into creative expressions whether writing, art, movement
tools and activities to tap into our ancient stories and archetypes as places of strength in our healing
