The Stories we carry, the stories we are rewriting for ourselves and places we can request support on this path. Small steps that have big impacts.

SELF EXPRESSION -
The Power and The Risk. Nuts and bolts of putting ourselves out there, protecting ourselves, and most importantly protecting our creative flow and voice.

GRIEVING –
We have much to process in surviving in our modern times and when we add in taking up space to write, we take on many layers of grief.
This session focuses on alchemising that. Writing the Wound, singing the soul through ancient practice of Caoineadh to connect mind, heart, and pen.
