This Flood Edition Vinyl is both a piece of Art and History at this time, a true Artefact that I hope you can feel the story from. On 28th Feb 2022 in the Northern rivers NSW our home flooded along with our shed which housed all my Merch including my newly printed Vinyl. This Vinyl was printed through the most environmentally friendly Vinyl production in Europe so of course was not plastic wrapped and therefore the covers disintegrated in flood water. Ironic as the title is Return To The Sea and the river always flows to the sea.

But in good news, the actual record is sturdy so we saved them, washed them up and have designed you this cover to mark the moment and story of this. My beautiful friend Kate Stroud, who designed the original Vinyl, lost her entire home in the floods too and this compilation of design from original to Flood design and pictures from this area are a true piece of art from our region and times. Both Kate and I’s love, hope and strength is wrapped in here to all those who stand up again after big times and try to make something out of the muddy ruins of what life deals us.

Each Vinyl is marked with a Flood Edition Serial Number. There are only 140 of these.
